Stay Eligible Each Term CPT enrollmentorientation

Stay on Track & Get Support

To maintain your CPT tuition coverage, submit your Tuition Payment Request in MyTEF each term. Upload both required documents as soon as they’re available from your school—typically 2-3 weeks before the term starts. Submitting complete, accurate files helps prevent processing delays and ensures your tuition is covered on time.

Get Help When You Need It

Use the Case Comments section in MyTEF to contact CPT staff directly with questions about eligibility, document submissions, or your account status.

Visit the Digital Drop-In Lab for in-person or virtual help with document uploads or questions.

  • Location: 498 7th Avenue, 3rd Floor, New York, NY
