Addressing Shortages in New York’s Healthcare System

The Career Pathways Training (CPT) program is a transformative program that enables New Yorkers to further their education, advance their careers and create lasting impacts within their communities–at no cost to them or their employers. Through this initiative, we aim to alleviate workforce shortages across 13 vital occupations and establish a dynamic pipeline of skilled professionals to strengthen the healthcare workforce.

Whether students are pursuing their first certification or existing workers are returning to school, our team of experts connects them with the necessary resources and ensures they are ready to succeed from the moment they complete this program.
