At 1199SEIU Training and Employment Funds, our Employment & Job Placement (EJP) division is dedicated to connecting skilled healthcare professionals with opportunities across our employer network. We’ve recently transitioned from the Employment Center to EJP to better reflect our expanded role in workforce readiness, employer partnerships, and job placement.
Our mission is simple: to ensure employers like you have access to qualified, motivated candidates while supporting our members in securing meaningful, long-term careers in healthcare.

Supporting CPT Participants
We are proud to support participants of the Career Pathways Training (CPT) Program, which prepares individuals for in-demand healthcare roles through rigorous education, hands-on training, and job readiness support. As an employer partner, you’ll gain access to candidates who are not only skilled but also fully prepared to transition into the workplace and make an immediate impact.
To strengthen this work, we’ve launched a new Career Services team dedicated to supporting CPT participants as they move from the classroom into their careers. Our team provides personalized guidance and resources that ensure graduates are employment-ready and confident when entering your organization.
